At Streamliner 16th the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. The security deposit starts as low as $500.00 for a studio and $750 for our One- and Two-Bedroom Homes on approved credit. Total deposit can be up to one and a half months rent or have the option to pay a security deposit bond paid to our 3rd party partner.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments each future resident over the age of 18 will be required to pay a $50 application fee.
At Streamliner 16th the rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent payments can be made via our online payment portal with credit or debit card, or by using banking account information (e-check).
Streamliner 16th Apartments does not accept partial payments to the leasing office however we have partnered with www.getflex.com which offers residents various options for making their rent payments, instead of having to pay the full amount on a fixed due date every month.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments we offer flat-rate utilities for a hassle-free living experience.
At Streamliner 16th each future resident that is 18 years of age or older will need to complete an online application subject to our fee of $50 per adult and sign the lease agreement.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments we love pets! Pet pick-up stations are located throughout the community grounds for your convenience.
We love pets here at Streamliner 16th Apartments and we allow 2 pets per home. We do not have a weight restriction however we do not allow aggressive breeds.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments we offer free uncovered parking or residents can obtain a reserved covered parking space for a minimal fee.
Our community offers two onsite laundry facilities for your convenience.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments, select floor plans come with walk-in closets and additional interior storage.
At Streamliner 16th Apartments are designed to be energy-efficient with dual-pained windows and high-quality insulation, helping you save on utility costs while reducing your environmental footprint.
Streamliner 16th Apartment homes feature smart door locks and smart thermostats for an enhanced living experience.
Residents at Streamliner 16th Apartments are not required to utilize a smartphone to enjoy life in our community. Our brand-new apartments offer smart home features in every apartment that would require use of a mobile device should our residents opt to use them.
Our community is smoke-free, promoting a healthier and cleaner living environment for all residents.

Streamliner 16th Apartments is only 2-3 minutes from the I-10 interstate, AZ-51 and the 202 Loop, making daily commuting around the valley quick and convenient.
